I believe, unleashing the brilliance of women’s voices, is the key to positive change in our world.

I have a passion for creating spaces where women's voices are valued, validated & celebrated.

A WomanSpeak Circle is a place of safety, growth and celebration. An environment where women can take risks and expand. This gives you the opportunity to feel comfortable with the YOU that you wish to be...

Kind words from my circle members...

Magda - Lyme Regis

WomanSpeak has allowed me to access my feminine essence, energy and power. This has enabled me to present my seminars in such a way that the participants listened with attention, interest and focus.

Megan is warm and welcoming, there is an energy of knowing and safety around her.

Hannah - Bridport

Megan always made me feel seen and heard. She continually offered comfort and reassurance. I just felt safe in her presence.

She created a magical place; it was the kind of place where you could just be whoever you wanted to be, and no one was going to judge you or frown upon you.

It was a wonderful space to be free and try new things. Which allowed me to discover what I’m really wishing to share with the world.

Hatty - Crewkerne

I’m quite shy and very introverted when it comes to public speaking. I was severely lacking in confidence when I started the Womanspeak course, Megan was so nurturing and encouraging. She has this warmth that immediately puts you at ease.

Alongside being supportive, she’s also incredibly professional and competent at what she does. She’s the whole package.

She instilled a real sense of fellowship among the group... more

It’s time for a public speaking training that supports women in harnessing the power of their feminine energy, and in being fully who they are, as they stand up to speak, lead and change our world.

I believe women's voices need to be heard in their communities.

For too long, public speaking training have fostered a masculine model of what leadership and professionalism looks and feels like. This can have a detrimental effect on the self-esteem of women and girls who desire to speak up and lead.

They look around at masculine leaders (male and female) and subconsciously think to themselves:

“I can’t be a leader because I don’t look or feel like that.”

“I have to hide or suppress parts of myself in order to speak up and be taken seriously.”

This sparks feelings of self-doubt, a lack of valuing the wisdom within, and a resistance to speaking up. It erodes a woman’s sense of inner freedom to lead and share her mind publicly.
